So haven't blogged in a while. So I wanted to dedicate today's post to none other than summer trends... Seeing that summer is literally around the corner. We happened I get a sweet hot taste of summer this past weekend in Cape Town with a scorcher of 30 degrees on Sunday! #hoooooootttt! Unfortunately, we are back to the coooooool weather this week :( Here's to hoping for a warm weekend!
This is what I think is hot right now as we are going into summer:
1.monochrome - so I'm so keen for monochrome. It's such a bold statement and who doesn't love white and black stripes?! Let's be zebra's!
2. Floral bold prints and light fabrics - there is nothing more bright, cool and summery than flowery yellows, pinks, blues and greens. This summer is quite a bold one where fashion is concerned. Unlike the normal floral detail this style is more bold and outgoing. It's like wearing art on your body.
3. Camouflage - as I've been saying all spring, camo is so in right now. Love it or hate it. Army print makes you feel empowered.
